Now I have been in Switzerland for 13 months and slowly I am adjusting to it all and the strange life we sometimes live here on the mountain is not so frightening anymore. Let me share an example from this week where we got 40 cm of snow. Last year when that happened I called my dad and cried from the bottom of my heart. Now this year, I have settled with just being annoyed about it. Isn't that just an awesome improvement!! Who knows, maybe I'll end up liking snow?

Hej Dorthe! Guds fred!
Hilsen Oskar.
Hi Dorthe
Just get out there and make the biggest snowman they have ever seen in Switzerland...then go indoors, light candles, make hot chocolate(with lots of whipped cream - forget the diet here ok!) and settle down with a good film and some swiss chocolate....maybe that will help you like the snow! (then again - maybe not :-()
I am working with a girl who knows you. Louise Mulligan. She is married to a guy from Northern Ireland but he moved to New Zealand years ago and she has also lived there. She was in a Bible study group with you at one time....she is just so nice. She has started as a teacher for the 2nd graders.
Ok away to get dinner ready. Talk again soon
