This weekend it was time for our English speaking students to try out some of what they have learned the last two months. I went with one of the groups to Basel, where they had children meetings both Saturday and Sunday. It is a bit hard to sit back and observe when you want to teach with all your heart :-)
The students had really spend a lot of energy on thorough preparations and the children really appreciated them a lot so all in all it was a very succesfull weekend.
Saturday night we finished the day by a trip to downtown Basel to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere.
But actually that was not the end of the evening... When we were on our way home my GPS broke down in the middle of the Swiss Wilderness. What to do? Well, we prayed and somehow by joined effort we found our way home.
